I'm Antoni Ten Monrós, a spanish geek of the first magnitude. I was born in 1982, in Valencia, Spain (Europe for you without a good grasp on geography, or on Google maps). I've been gaming since I was 10 though my first full fledged RPG was Stormbringer, the Basic Role Playing game based on Michael Moorcok's Elric of Melniboné novels.
I was never really satisfied with it, and tried multiple game systems. It wasn't until I entered the university that I discovered what ended up being my favourite system to date: GURPS. For once, there was a system where there were no levels, where you could build the character you liked, and not what the dice told you to play, that had a firm grip on reality, and where neither combat nor magic did get a different treatment from the rest of the system.
My other hobies are CCGs, notably Alderac's Legend of the Five Rings CCG, though I play less and less, and I have less and less time, and my money goes instead to GURPS suplements.
In 2004, I joined the MIB program, a volunteer group to promote Steve Jackson Games. Since then, you're likelly to find me at local conventions with my GURPS books, giving away copies fo GURPS Lite and GURPS bookmarks.
Professionaly, I continue studing Electric and Electronic Engineering, and I hope to finish it someday ;) it's just that universitary life is good ;), and I'm rather lazy.
